What to Expect When You Call

Most people call us on a bad day. A pipe has burst, a crawl space has flooded, there's smoke in the house, or you've found mold behind a wall. We answer 24/7 and send a crew as soon as we can.

We extract standing water, dry the structure, and check with moisture meters and thermal imaging, logging readings and photos on every visit. If your home has a crawl space, we look there too, because that's where hidden moisture often starts. You get the photos and drying records your adjuster needs, and once it's dry, we can also handle repairs such as drywall, flooring and cabinets. If you're calling about mold, the inspection is free: we look for visible growth and check for moisture that could be feeding it. We don't promise how a job will go before we've seen it. How to Leave a Review

If we've worked with you, we'd like to hear how it went, whatever you think of the job. Good, bad or somewhere in between, it's your review to write.

We have two Google profiles, one for each office. Choose the office that handled your job, or the one closest to your home if you're not sure, and use the matching button: Leave a review for our Concord office, or Leave a review for our Charlotte office. It takes a couple of minutes, and you'll need a Google account. An honest review also helps the next person standing in a wet room trying to decide who to call.
