What We Handle in Charlotte & Concord, NC

We handle the emergency side of property damage for homes in Charlotte, Concord and the surrounding area, from our offices in Concord and Charlotte. We work in four areas: water, fire, mold and storm damage, and we can do the repairs that follow. Each covers several specific situations, from a burst pipe to a smoke-damaged room to mold under the house. Our service area shows which nearby towns we cover.

Water Damage Restoration

Our water damage restoration work starts with extracting standing water and drying the structure with air movers and dehumidifiers, and we log moisture readings and photos on every visit after burst pipes, appliance leaks, storms and flooded crawl spaces.

Where Our Work Ends

We handle the emergency side of a loss: water removal, drying, cleanup, mold remediation and board-up. Once everything is dry and documented, repairs can begin. We give you the drying records your adjuster needs, and we can also handle repairs such as drywall, flooring and cabinets. If you already have a contractor, we'll give them the drying records and work alongside them.

If a leaking pipe caused the damage, a plumber fixes the pipe; we handle the water and the drying. A roofer fixes the roof, an electrician deals with wiring, and structural damage is a question for a structural professional.

Not Sure Which Service You Need?

Most calls start with one fact: there's water, smoke or mold somewhere it shouldn't be. You don't have to work out the service before you call. Call (980) 501-1879, tell us what you see, and we'll tell you which one fits and what happens next.

We work with all insurance companies. We document the damage with photos, moisture readings and drying records and share them with your adjuster. Your policy and your insurance company decide what's covered.

How it works

What happens after you call

  1. Call, day or night

Tell us what happened and where the water or smoke is coming from. We answer 24/7 and send a crew as soon as we can.

  2. We extract, dry and document

Standing water comes out first. Then air movers and dehumidifiers go in, and we check walls, floors and the crawl space with moisture meters and thermal imaging, logging readings and photos on every visit.

  3. We confirm it's dry and hand you the records

Drying is done when the readings say so, not when the calendar does. You get the photos, readings and drying records your adjuster needs. If repairs follow, we can do those too.

If water is coming in right now, call (980) 501-1879 — we answer 24/7.
