Is the mold inspection really free?
Yes. We'll come out, look for visible growth and check for moisture that could be feeding it. The inspection and our visual findings are free. Testing and surface samples are charged separately, and we'll tell you the price before any sampling is done.
Do you do the repairs after the water's gone?
Yes. Once everything is dry and documented, we can do the repairs. We do full reconstruction after water, fire and mold damage, including drywall, insulation, flooring, cabinets, trim and paint, so one team takes you from the emergency through the repairs. If you already have a contractor, we'll give them the drying records and work alongside them.
